Client Detail Report

The Client Detail Report displays general information about the client currently in context in the workspace. It lists the client's contacts, loans, follow-up notes and notepad data.

Access to this report is controlled through administrator-defined Security Profiles.

To print the Client Detail Report, click in the Client/Contact Information section of the workspace. The Client Detail Report generates in a new window.

The report is generated with the following filters.

Filter	Description
Include Follow-up Details	From the drop-down, select Yes to include the client's follow-up notes in the report. Select No to not include follow-up notes in the report. By default, Yes is selected.
Show Notes	From the drop-down, select Yes to include information from the workspace's Notes text box in the report. Select No to not include information from the Notes text box in the report. By default, Yes is selected.
Entered By	From the drop-down, select the users to include in the report. Follow-up notes entered by the selected users are included in the report results. By default, all users are selected.
By Note	From the drop-down, select the type of note to include in the report. By default, all options are selected.
Entered From Date	Use the calendar icon to select a date to serve as the start of the date range to include in the report. Follow-up notes entered on the client's record since this date are included in the report. By default, NULL is selected to include all follow-up entered dates in the report results.
Entered To Date	Use the calendar icon to select a date to serve as the end of the date range to include in the report. Follow-up notes entered on the client's record until this date are included in the report. By default, NULL is selected to include all follow-up entered dates in the report results.

Change any of the filters and click View Report to regenerate the report using the new parameters.
